PIGOTTS STORE POLICY
We do not take cheques for purchase of goods.
We accept return of faulty goods within seven days of purchase for refund only if repair or replacement is not possible.
Please choose goods carefully.
No returns or exchanges on goods sold at Sale Price, taken on Approval or Made to Order unless faulty.
Minor damage to floor models on sale will be pointed out by us and will not be a reason for return of goods.
We ask that goods taken on approval be returned undamaged the next day.
On the second day, the borrow will be treated as a sale and the credit card imprint will be processed electronically.
Goods returned damaged will be charged at the marked price. Please discuss your needs with us.
Clients must check their fabric purchases for faults before cutting into at home in order to receive replacement fabric.
Goods will be shipped within 72 hours of order. A signature is required on delivery. Clear instructions need to be given to ensure safe delivery. Pigott’s does not take responsibility for goods not signed for upon delivery. During periods of high demand some items will be subject to availability and Pigott’s will notify accordingly.
